Bombs

Bombs are items that appear in Fruit Ninja and Fruit Ninja Frenzy. Bombs appear in every mode excluding Zen Mode, in four types: Red, Purple, Pixel (With Pixel Love), and Lucky Blast. These objects are put there to fool the player.

Red Bombs

These are the bombs that appear in Classic Mode. If you hit one of these bombs, the game is immediately over, even if you still have more than one life left. These bombs often appear after six Fruit are sliced. They also appeared in Fruit Ninja: Puss in Boots.

Purple Bombs

These bombs appear in Arcade Mode and Fruit Ninja Frenzy, and do not have as major of a negative effect as the effect of the red bombs that appear in Classic Mode. They bear a purple coloured arc and a "negative ten" sign. When sliced, they deduct ten points from your total score (twenty for Swam Mini Game and Daily Challenges), destroy all stuff that's on the screen and lose all Combo, Blitz and Bonus Banana.

Pixel Bombs

Pixel Bombs look like red bombs, but with a blue X and heavily pixelized. These bombs will occasionally appear when one has the Pixel Love blade equipped. They do not explode, cannot be deflected, and a combo cannot be formed with one. All they do is give a "retro/8 bit sound" when swiped.

Lucky Blast Bombs

These bombs appear in Fruit Ninja Frenzy and are thrown when the Lucky Blast smoothie is activated, which is activated on the first three bombs to appear. These bombs have a four-leaf clover in the centre and a yellow aura on the outside. Attempting to cut this bomb gives a random bonus. These bombs have no negative effects.

In Fruit Ninja and Fruit Ninja Kinect, you can buy Bomb Deflects from Gutsu's Cart using . When you hit bombs, they will fly off the screen and you won't incur any penalties. When the flame blade is equipped, the bombs will attract to your finger.

In Fruit Ninja Frenzy, Smoothies can help with bombs. The Spirit Bombs Smoothie stops you from getting any bombs, and the Lucky Blast Smoothie makes the first bomb in game into a Lucky Blast Bomb.Multiplayer Bombs

Fruit Ninja: Puss in Boots Bombs

The bombs also appeared in Fruit Ninja: Puss in Boots. They appear in Desperado Mode and in Bandito Mode.
